Using Our Site

Orders & Pricing

  • Prices are listed in MVR and may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability until the order status is marked Completed.

Delivery timelines and coverage are described on our Delivery page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at sales@noq.mv or WhatsApp and we’ll make it right. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; any Membership Program points earned on a refunded order are reversed.

Membership Program

Participation in the noq.mv Membership Program is subject to the rules on the Membership Program page, which may be updated from time to time.

Intellectual Property

All content on noq.mv — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by noq.mv or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, noq.mv is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products purchased, beyond the value of the relevant order.
